I have been working at L'Oréal USA

    Pros

Good benefits, 401K and vacation time. That's it.

    Cons

L'Oreal has absorbed so many smaller companies that were special and turned them into "L'Oreal".

Once the company that I worked for was renowned for it's quirkiness and relaxed environment, L'Oreal Changed that.

PLUS, working in CA as an EXEMPT employee has no meaning to L'Oreal. I worked tons of over time and was never compensated for it and HR pretended not to know the laws of CA. If you are considered exempt you must not spend more than 50% of your time doing what the employees you manage do. You should be managing and running the business, not unloading trucks, selling on the sales floor and picking up the slack of your boss.
