    I have been working at LA Clinica del Pueblo full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    It's a jumping-switching work place for everybody there. As soon as they get a better chance somewhere else they just leave without even writing it in their resume. Medical services are great, thought.

    Cons

    Direction and leadership are words that don't exist in their vocabulary. Really bad pay. No professionalism. Directors and managers are the worst.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Just quit and get the Board to appoint a whole new leadership team, considering the many years the same people has ruled this clinic.
