    I have been working at LEO A DALY full-time for more than 8 years


    The company has a history of building project teams that team their highly experienced design and technical staff with "fresh" employees for a quick integration of mentoring and professional growth. The company is very supportive of employees that have their own personal drive and goal driven performance.


    Much of the culture of is still built around a very professional environment, which is OK for some, but those looking for a t-shirt and jeans place to work should look elsewhere.

    Keep looking for young talent to promote and provide good mentoring.
