    Pros

The work atmosphere is casual and they have great benefits.

    Cons

There's a serious undercurrent of dishonesty throughout the Hutchins location. They systematically cheat on the employees certifications- certifications that are intended to promote excellence. The training program itself is great, but you are pushed through it at a rate that is impossible to absorb the material, and there is an employee on staff who will take the test for you at a $50 rate. Management knows about this and encourages it. Applied mediocrity! The sales managers also engage in bullying tactics to manipulate the sales team- it's like something out of the 1960's. It's hard to believe this is going on in the modern day with such a large successful corporation.

    Advice to Management

More than half of the inside sales staff PAID another employee to take their certification exams for them, with full knowledge and encouragement of the immediate management. This applied mediocrity, applied and defended. I don't think the upper management has a clue this is going on- they seem very driven and honest. The immediate sales managers will bend, break, and mutilate any law to get themselves ahead. They bully, intimidate, and cajole the sales team to meet their goals as well. Overall the sales floor is operated like a testosterone charged beatdown from the 1960's. Lose the jerks, verify your certifications and training, and bring the professionalism into the modern era.
