    Benefits (if your full-time) are excellent. I work with some of the best and brightest minds in their field.


    Promotions, bonuses, and salary increases are not always based on merit. Opportunity for advancement is limited if at all. The pay could be better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Raises, promotions, and bonuses should be performance based. Management should value the contributions of newer employees as much as their "veteran employees"
