I worked at LS Technologies, LLC full-time (more than an year)

There aren't many Pros to working with this company unless you are within their inner circle of course. I have nothing good to say.

Working with LS Technologies was an experience that was not a good. You saw the "good ok boy" system in full effect. Unethical shady dealings within the ranks. They talked about how well the company was always doing better the contractors never reaped any of the benefits of the hard work we did to make LS Technologies do well financially. Bonuses and incentive packages were not for low level employees...only upper management and their cronies. The health benefits were not very either.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay closer attention to your contractors...they are your real bread and butter. When you treat them as if they don't matter, at the end of the day it reflects your poor customer service skills. Also let some of the bonuses trickle down to your lower level show them you care instead of lining your own pockets. Greedy CEOs tumble down at some point, so be careful of who you stab in the back...especially when you aren't squeaky clean.
