I have been working at LVMH as a contractor (less than an year)

Obviously working for LVMH, the name says it all.
The location, the free lunches, random giveaways, sample sales, Summer Fridays.

    Communication lacks.
If you don't speak French - you will be an outsider 100%.
Management expects you, somehow, to read their minds on what they want you to do while everyone else gets sent to lavish destination "meetings" in Paris and California for weeks at a time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If people didn't walk around with their noses in the air then the place would evolve much better. It's funny to see these average people, walking around NYC, yet as soon as they hit the LVMH Tower it's like some type of royalty has swept over them.

The bottom line is, no matter what you're doing, what brand or what you're selling - shouldn't define how you work or act. It's all superficial bull in the end.
