    Pros

    Great if you are starting out as a manger and wish to learn how to maintain and manage daily aspects, not so much if you have experience unless you have little to no ambition

    Cons

    The career path for this company is very short.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would raise the salary range or share bonus's with your entire management staff to entice long term retention
