I worked at LabCorp full-time (More than 3 years)
Flexible schedule, decent employee recognition, free lunches for winter holiday and lab week with fun events tied to lab week.
It depends on your supervisor, my first supervisor was not micromanaging with an open door policy, someone I got along with well and enjoyed working for. My second supervisor was micromanaging, opening fought with the team lead. The team lead was unstable to say the least and would have bouts of emotional outbursts. The management was aware of the difficult temperment of the team lead and the manipulative, vengeful way others were treated by this person and yet nothing was ever done about it. They continued to bicker and fight and make the rest of the group's life miserable.
Advice to Management
Expect more of the people you put in management positions. Micromanaging and negative reviews effect group moral and productivity.
