I worked at Labatt Food Service as a contractor

I can't think of anything at this point in time

I have been vacillating between the decision to review or not. After a few months of seeing these blatantly fake, glowing reviews put up to obviously boost the ratings and outnumber the negative reviews, I decided I have to.

I was hired as a new grad. I'm young and from Texas, so I thought that I would definitely fit in. I absolutely did not. I guess because my years of university taught me that in order to succeed I should work hard, and be driven and intelligent. I guessed I missed the course that would teach me I need to have the right last name and need to suck up all day long.

Call me naive, but the new place I work is nothing like this. So please don't say that all companies have favorites, etc.

The workplace is shockingly conservative. Nude panty hose for women? What is this, 1950? White shirts only? What is this, a cult?

Working at Labatt is also the most boring and mind-numbing job place you will ever work. If it's exciting to you, I can't help you. I dreaded every workday because I knew I would be counting down the hours until I could leave this place where everyone was so fake and just cared about worshiping the management with right last names....

If I wasn't so inexperienced, I also would know that it is inappropriate the things that were said about homosexuals and arabic people as well. Knowing what I know now, I will never work in an environment that is so unaccepting to different lifestyles and races in the future.

I shutter to think that I could still be there. Now I work in a young, cool environment with peers that encourage and accept all lifestyles and ethnicities.

So if you're homophobic, racist, boring, a suck-up, and a misogynist, this is the place for you!
