I have been working at Land Air Express of New England full-time (More than 3 years)
Small company compared to the big name national LTL freight carriers so your not just a number. Good hours and good pay, low top end pay but getting overtime after 40 hrs makes up for it. Lots of company's don't do overtime.
Trucks and trailers are falling apart on a daily basis. Shop and management at the terminal do the best they can to keep them running but they are overwhelmed and don't have time to do quality repairs it's a (hurry up and get it back on the road)
Advice to Management
Take care of the fleet quit using temporary fixes.
