A decent recruiting firm but I wouldn't go with them on purpose

    I worked at Latitude Inc

I was a contractor through them and can't say much either way on this company. They paid weekly.

The only requirement I had from them was to pay me on time, which they failed to do 3 times in 6 months. On a dozen other ocassions, at the last minute, they told me they didn't have the time sheet from the client (and I managed to get it there in time). Now this was often the client's fault, but considering Latitude had two days to check, why wait until it's nearly too late? I was unimpressed with this.

They also failed to send me my W2 the next year. I had to ask for it, and they only emailed me one.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure you pay people on time. It's not that hard.
