I have been working at Le Creuset full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good Co-workers and decent benefits.

    Cons

Little room for career growth. The company tends to hire outside company rather than internal promotion. Lot's of politics and miscommunication within the organization. District managers are not always in the loop, making it difficult for the lower tiers of the company to get timely information. Conflicting direction and constant change within the organization. Overgrowth and re-orgs makes it hard to maintain a good climate within our individual store.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at the talent within the company. The employees who desire career growth and have shown outstanding achievement can help boost the company from a hands-on experience prospective.
