    I worked at Learn It Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The kids were great. I met some nice parents. I had to write my students lesson plans when they should have been provided by the IS. and the I.S. didn't give the aid the IEP for 6 weeks. They had an unsafe conditions for the student I worked with. Not very Pro at all.

    Cons

    You could not get an answer to a any question. They didn't ask for fingerprints until employees were on the job 3 months or more. If you asked your superior for information you were treated as though you did something wrong. The aids seemed to know the special education laws more than some of the instructional specialists. The aids were not given the students IEP for 6 weeks. They laid off after care & didn't pay them for their last week. Kept same people from the year before that failed to provide quality special ed services they just called the company Learn It instead of White Hat. Kept same failures from one company to run another. A rose by any other name still smells the same.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give the employees a job description, access to contact information of staff to answer basic job questions, feed back, answer job related questions in a timely manor. I shouldn't have to call out of state to get a strait answer.
