-The people you work with are some of the best people you'll ever meet.

    - Free Tickets

    - Great first job

    - You never see higher ups ( makes you think do they even care about you)
    - Overwork you all the time
    - Minimum wage ( really? the work you do doesnt even match up to what you do)
    - Wardrobe ( its super tacky, and huge)
    - all your Managers do is sit in the office and do nothing (while you work your butt off)
    - Only way to move up is if your friends with Management
    - not understanding with school and other obligations
    - Some employees are dirt bags waiting to find a way to bring you down and get you fired ( this happened to me)
    - Training needs to happen more often
    - Its only a good job to have during the holidays, and summer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management both upper and lower really needs to get out of their offices and fix the problems in their so-called perfect employee work place, they have no idea what goes on beyond their office. I worked as a seasonal attractions associate, all was going good till they switched around our managers and leads. Once the new leads came in the area was corrupted, and I began to feel uncomfortable about working in a place I once loved coming to. They were no understanding of my school commitments and always scheduled me during the week when I always told them I couldn't. Also, some employees were rude and always tried to find a way to bring you down and get you in trouble because they knew you were doing better than them. I applied to become an Trainer and I was even told by a Lead to and I turned in my application to find out the next week that they had trashed my application ( talk about rude ) Leads & Management really need to take a step into employees shoes and see what its like to be worked as hard as I did and recieve minimum wage.
