I have been working at Lehigh Inland full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

In town work.can't really think of anymore since most of the great parts about working for this company have all but disappeared.

    Cons

Too many to list, low morale, no involvement in the community.no investment in workforce, penny pinching.to top heavy, not enough boots on the ground. Time-off really reduced,no volunteer days, no sick days, minimum for holidays, no training opportunity, no fitness incentives, the list goes on and on....

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop the progression towards the stone ages. People make your company, start treating them better.
