Leidos is a good company with good people but they are operating in a tight market which causes some morale issues.

I have been working at Leidos (more than 5 years)

The work/life balance is great. While things have been a little rough since the company split from SAIC I can see the exciting potential that this company possesses.

As I mentioned in the Pros, the company recently split from SAIC, so they are currently still trying to get completely on track. That is not necessarily a con, just growing pains.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do what you can to improve morale, otherwise keep up the great work in steering this company to success. I know a lot of tough decisions have been made lately, but while I don't necessarily like them, I understand that they are necessary.
