    I have been working at LensCrafters


    The team is young and energetic.


    All stores seem to have a problem with over-hiring lab techs. They hire all of these people based on one or two busy times a year and then cannot afford to run with the additional staff the rest of the year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Use your network to fill these temporary needs. It might be worth investing in to get some new technology and business intelegence to map out when the needs will arise so that you can better plan for how to deal with them.
