I have been working at Leon's Furniture full-timePros
Potential to make a good income, I cleared 1450 almost every time (bi-weekly)
Complimentary snacks and lunches once and a while when your store is doing well.
Build close relations with head office buyers, supervisors etc.
Only work 4 days a weekCons
Extremely competitive. I was one of the youngest working there, and felt the heat from my colleagues.
Management was nice but never took your complaints seriously.
Extremely stressful environment by your coworkers trying to take your sale, management not supporting you even when you are one of their top producers, and you are always stressed of trying to sell as it is 100% commission (there is no minimum wage)
Lost of stress about selling warrantees
Turn over is very high here!
You work every weekend
Considering I did very well pay wise, you realize fast that your sanity is worth much more.Advice to ManagementAdvice
