I worked at Leonie Industries as a contractor (less than a year)

They are aggressive in their recruiting practices so they make you really feel like they want you. It's only too bad that the reality is such a 180.

They fire people over nothing. Nothing! One person was fired because his shirt lacked a collar. We were working on a client site, but still, there's no excuse for that. When I left and went to another company on an adjacent contract, everyone down to the last person had the same reaction: "Leonie treats their people with contempt." DO NOT work for this company, they will stifle you with increasingly ridiculous company policies, treat you like you only exist to make them money, and will sooner threaten you with termination than they will support you. (Oh and their HR reps will run amok as well and put out policies like the aforementioned collar thing.)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Loosen up and try fostering a culture of support instead of one of fear. I've never heard a PM wonder why there was such high turnover, only to turn around and fire people with impunity.
