    I have been working at Level 3 Communications as a contractor for more than a year


    Level 3 provided a really strong learning centered environment with room to grow. If there is anything you want to learn there is someone who will be willing to help you further your knowledge base.


    Level 3 likes to set up a set protocol and once you get used to it (we are talking a few weeks not months) they change what they said and don't tell you. This leaves very frustrated employees because you get told you did something wrong yet they didn't tell you they changed the procedure in the first place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Level 3 all in all is a great place to work for. I would recommend it to anyone especially if you are trying to get your foot in the door. The only thing I would recommend to management is to work on letting employees know if you are going to change a process.
