    Pros

If you show the desire to learn, the IPSA team will look out for you and make sure you cut it.

    Cons

After a year in the IPSA department, your will find your job has become mundane. It is very cookie-cutter, but it has to be due to the nature of the business (way to many customers for each of them to be a special snowflake). However, you will not grow as a network engineer if you stay. Also, It felt more like I was working at an outbound call-center due to the scheduled jobs; I guess that is better than a NOC.

    The pay is not competitive.

They discourage working from home, even though everything you do can be performed remotely.
