I have been working at Level 3 Communications full-time (More than 5 years)

Big company, global organisation, market leader, ambitious, known brand, history of some success, legitimate business, market consolidator, owner of intellectual property.

Hierarchical, bullying, glass-ceiling, bad ethics, bad morality, incestuous, management arrogance, blinkered and unwilling to invest, little foresight.

    Advice to Management

Consider that the composition of a service company and its integrity is built upon the ability to deliver a winning customer experience. This requires a forward looking vision and investments in where the market will be, not where it is today. Humility doesn't cost anything and a progressive and cooperative approach to building a lasting business is better than cutting your own throats chasing balloons. Look at your stock price development, current strategy is not working! Employees are unhappy and you've lost technical leadership and operational excellence. Global Crossing is a virus.
