    An unhappy group of negative people coming from Level 3 who don't know what real team work is.

    I have been working at Level 3 Communications full-time (more than 10 years)


    There are no reasons to work there. Unless you enjoy going to work every morning listening to people in missery and complaining.


    Unhappy, undervalued staff. Staff in Level 3 is not the most important assess. In Global Crossing they were continuously voicing that their most important assess along with customers was employees. They could not exist without our motivated and exception workforce in GC. Level 3 is completely different. They don't care about their work force at all. There's the door if you don't like it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Remember and value your employees... you wouldn't be able to operate without them. They seem so miserable they could just walk out at any minute. What kind of management does that to people?
