I worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance

1 - Pay was on par with industry.
2 - Benefits package was decent.

1 - The case load you are expected to manage is unreasonable
2 - Supervisors/Team Managers have an over inflated sense of self worth
3 - You are monitored much too rigidly - I was told I was going to the restroom to frequently
4 - Negative feedback is doled out too often and too easily while positive feedback is rare (feedback from the Supervisors/Team Managers)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think management only needs to take a look at the turn over rate in the Subro Dept to see that there is a serious problem. More employees need to be hired to make the work load more manageable and the current crop of Supervisors/Team Managers need to be re-evaluated to determined if they have truly have the skills to lead.
