I worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance

    Pros

One of the few opportunities in Keene, NH. People are very nice. Location is good.

    Cons

Poor communication, not organized, little follow through. People try to do a good job but lack management support. There is little incentive to anything more than day to day tasks.

In addition, there is just one refrigerator for the 400 employees. It is overstuffed and warm. It's hard to understand why an insurance company would expose its employees to food poisoning. The microwaves are ancient.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Tighter controls, most stringent deadlines
