I have been working at Liberty National Life full-time (less than an year)

Right now the only pro is one woman I work with - she's gone out of her way to help steer me in the right direction and let me tag along with her. She seems like a truly nice woman who really wants to help people. They made sure my $50 licensing fee went through and got that filed quickly. I'm still willing to stay with Liberty National, maybe just in another office.

Owner has not been in the office the entire week more than 10 minutes. SA has been out since Tuesday. Agents are split into two groups and some from one group jumped ship on Wednesday to go to the other group. Of course, I've been put with the group they jumped from. I've asked about leads since Tuesday morning, still haven't been given any. I've been shown the presentation once, on Monday, and until last night I couldn't even get it to run on my laptop. I'm seriously disappointed at this point, if things don't change by next week, I'll be moving along. I can't keep dropping money into something that I can't get a return on - not because I can't do the work but because no one is bothering to show me how Liberty National Life works or how to put the information into the computer to sale a policy. Seems the agents, except for one, are more concerned with whispering in the back room and sitting in the car smoking than they are about helping the new people figure out which was is up. I still don't understand why I can't get leads and work them - how hard is that to print and hand to me. They couldn't wait to get me hired in but since I started, I feel like I've just been forgotten about.
