    Pros

    Not any that I can think of. Good location? It's a job.

    Cons

    They have fired people instead of promoting them or paying commissions. Lower level employees have zero interaction with clients and don't get very much experience. There is very little room for growth and senior management makes no attempt to help employees advance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Motivate people! Allow more opportunities for growth.
