I have been working at Life Care Centers full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Rich learning environment for entry level. You start at technical support and have opportunities to move on to other tech groups.

    Cons

Comparable jobs in other companies of this size pay more. However, the opportunity to learn may outweigh this for awhile.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more to keep talented people. Stop stressing that you are doing "God's Work" when on a day to day basis you treat it as a for-profit business, which it is.
