I have been working at Life Care Centers part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The best part of working for this company was the residents. I truly enjoyed giving them my day and connecting with them. The company itself really has no pros.

    Cons

I had 14-18 residents all to myself. Half of the nurses will not help you at all. Low pay, and don't even ask for a raise. I was very disappointed with the lack of ongoing training. Their benefits are too expensive to afford on their pay scale. Also, LCCA has a very high turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees what they are worth, and reduce staff to resident ratios.
