I have been working at LifeSize full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There are some great people here, and if it wasn't for them, I'd probably would have quit years ago. Benefits are decent.

    Cons

Being someone who has worked under numerous leaderships in my career, I can honestly say, I have never worked for a more self-righteous, arrogant, directionless, back-stabbing, insincere, incompetent, unaccountable executive staff. The CEO suffers from a serious case of founderitis, and desperately needs to come to terms with the fact that he shouldn’t be running a business, and probably not even a product line for that much. I’m incredibly disappointed with their lack of decision making and constantly shifting gears and changing their tune without acknowledging they were wrong to begin with. As a result of all these megalomaniacs running the company, the culture has become one of despair, low morale and burn-out (unless you’re fortunate to work in engineering where they can do no wrong and resources are plentiful).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More like advice to the board; fire the exec team! Seriously!! New culture desperately needed and it starts at the top.
