I have been working at Lifesize as a contractor (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Good people in most departments. Cloud and hardware technology is mildly interesting but in a commodity market. If you're in Engineering you probably will be OK.

    Cons

Estaff only cares about perception and seems either unwilling or unable to see reality. Having a different viewpoint than anyone on estaff or the CEO will get you fired or treated miserably until you give up and quit. Training is not a joke, it's basically non-existent. No potential for career advancement unless you're in facilities and move up from the mail room to Sales. Anyone else is not given any opportunity for advancement including contractors like me who have given about all we can here. Often changing direction one quarter to the next. Lots of layoffs, re-orgs and hires than make little sense if any at all. Effective channel management is non-existent and Sales does what they can but expectations are far too high. Low morale, high turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pointless. They will not listen anyway. Advice to Logitech. Fire all of the estaff. Sell this place off or bring in real executive talent to right this ship. Make a decision that matters.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
