I worked at Lillibridge Healthcare Services full-time (Less than a year)
Pay is higher than average and there is a 10% bonus plan. Company owner tries to reach out to new employees to make them feel welcome. Company pays a large portion of your benefits including health and life insurance. Chicago home office is very supportive.
Field management provides no training, motivation, support or constructive criticism. Property managers are expected to work 60-70 hours a week and study for the real estate exam on top of that. You will work while you are sick and while you are on vacation (and you still have to use your leave). The culture is "workaholic". The field office I worked in had a negative vibe. Despite being friendly and supportive, upper management has poor communication and everything is an emergency. Employees aren't told about (huge) assignments until the last minute and are often due immediately. It is impossible to keep up with the administrative side of the job and ensure the buildings are well maintained.
Advice to Management
Survey employees and make a plan to improve moral and reduce turnover. Establish a leave policy that is not left to management to interpret.
