They put on a great front so it will take you a little bit to figure out that you are going no where.

Management is a joke. The CEO only cares about production numbers he doesn't care about the actual quality of work. The floor supervisors are disorganized at best. The operating system they work from has new issues everyday and not one person in the place has a clue why or how to fix it. Once you get through training you are on your own. Process change minute to minute so it is impossible to know what is going on but don't ask questions because everyone has a different answer. HR also informed me it IS acceptable to treat employees differently based on the managers personal feelings. They only thing five star there is the chaos.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of your CEO and half of your management. Find people with a sliver of humanity to replace them.
