I worked at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes full-time (Less than a year)
Easy to follow job description, very strict and standardized rules, does not require much thinking to perform daily task, no overtime necessary. Good training; prepares you very well for the job.
It can get relatively boring, the manager is very strict and does not encourage or acknowledge good work from clinicians. The first two weeks is very upbeat and fast, but as the weeks go by it's very hard to maintain the initial excitement.
Advice to Management
It was obvious that upper management picked favorites in this workplace and gave them harder students to work with. If upper management doesn't see your good work, then it can be a little demeaning when they blatantly place you with another student when a parent is coming in that day so that the company doesn't feel embarrassed about your "mediocre" work.
