I worked at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Loved the kids and the programs. Watching the kids improve and become more confident with their academics was very rewarding.

    Cons

Very clique-y atmosphere where appearance and charisma appeared to matter more than dedication and hard work. Very low pay for the amount of work you have to do. A typical day could consist of 8 tutoring hours with an hour lunch in the middle. Having back to back students was very difficult and made it worse that you had to do tasks such as Magical Learning Moment drawings on your 10 minute break.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend more time building a team environment instead of a hierarchy.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
