    Positive Outlook

I worked at Lloyd's Register full-time (More than a year)

Really nice people. A very parochial, generous and undemanding environment. Lots of perks and great benefits. Managers genuinely care about values (albeit they are a little old fashioned). It's a global company and there are some good experiences to be had. Ideal for that last pre-retirement role.

Senior Managers have extraordinarily low ambition and reject change. There is low diversity which only compounds a "face-fits" culture. Junior people tend to lose out to an old-fashioned status culture. Senior Managers don't work very hard.

    Advice to Management

Stop relying on the old guard. Bring in fresh blood and be more open to change.
