    -My boss truly cared about my career path in general, not just with LM -Extremely flexible hours (sometimes able to work for home) -Understand you are also in school -Great development programs -Innovative company with programs in all corners of the US and the World -Lots of internal hires/easy to move around to new cities -Solid compensation -Professional exec team


    -Average age is 55+ -Very slow work flow -Large learning curve to understand government contracts and processes -Many systems to use...some are not always accurate

    Try to find a way to have more team projects Try to find ways to engage younger employees to stay at LM Continue quarterly performance reviews
