Worst company I've worked for. All employees are seeking jobs elsewhere and they haven't been in charge 90 days.

    Pros

There are none other than having a job, if that's what you want to call it.

    Cons

Greedy management. Wanting to cut mechanics so multiple site leads can keep their jobs. Absolutely no contribution to employee health care leaving premiums of over $1,400 a month for employees. Allowing "created" jobs from good ole boy system to stay drawing high salaries to continue. No opportunity for advancement, regardless of education or experience. Leads and below are dropping like flies. Continues to force impossible timeline standards by intimidation of layoffs. They cut mechanics, cut timelines, and are wanting to accomplish more work in less time to "save costs" but still have three site supervisors collecting over $100,000 a year and numerous "management" positions with undefined roles collecting over $36 an hour. Good luck getting these people to fix your airplanes. This contract was looked at completely wrong and it's going downhill fast.

    Advice to Management

Recognize that this mission is accomplished by the personnel who actually turn the wrenches, not by the ones sitting in offices all day. It is really hard to keep employees enthusiastic about work when they're constantly being told that there are plenty of people outside the gate that want our jobs.
