    I have been working at LogistiCare full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Helping clients that need transportation get to their appts. Getting a check every 2 weeks, 401k and insurance benefits.

    Cons

    No growth within this company unless you are related or best friends with someone (they post and interview everyone that apply but they already know who's getting the position) Overworked and under paid. Concerns and issues never get resolved-covered up from human resources but never resolved within the call center.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Everyone is always on their best behavior whenever company is in the building. Do more than walk through the Call Center with supervisors and managers-collect letters from employees yourself. Have a real one on one at your choice-not with whom management say you should talk to-of course they will direct you to someone that will tell you what you want to hear. Only the soldiers fighting the battle can tell you how to win the war. Remember this is a contact that has to go under review shortly and many of your workers come to get a check and build cases to get rid of the people put up a red flag on the issues that aren't right.
