I have been working at Logistic Solutions Inc full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Big talks, not too many i can think of. very impressive from outside.

    Cons

i can not express how unprofessional & poor this company is in every aspect. the work environment is detestable, unprofessional, actually just flat out terrible. dreadful benefits. it is true that there is no match and/or bonus. no pension offerred either, or standard vacations. outdated computer systems that fail daily. surrounded by very low quality employees, b/c their CEO is not able to recruit top level talent with such an awful uncompetitive benefit package and environment. no incentives for employee longevity and no concern about morale or morale improvement. please do not work here. keep looking... there is no sales and marketing strategy. the CEO does most of the marketing and sales...

    -time watchers
    -micro-managers
    -non existent training
    -outdated computer systems
-extremely old fashioned and conservative company
-extremely inefficient in all processes from day to day operations to big picture
    -very poorly managed company
    -favoritism runs rampant
-very cheap company, does not spend money on team activities, team building, does not invest in employee morale or training, not interested in employee opinion or suggestions
-not sure how they are still around, agree with previous reviewer that they will not be around in a couple of decades
-the questioning of status quo is frowned upon
-huge disconnect between home office and satellite offices, they are in an ivory tower and out of touch with daily routine and needs

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

New Blood, embrace change and fresh ideas, don't cut them down, always look for new ideas and encourage solutions from all levels of the company, don't make employees feel afraid everyday of messing up or speaking up...
