The company's lack of topline growth for the company means you are constantly in budget cutting mode. The CEO is a natural recruiter, but his hiring abilities are uneven --some leaders he has hired are really strong (head of design, head of gaming), and others (head of legal) are terrible.
Advice to Management
Create programs to help all employees become leaders, and help those leaders already in place to be even stronger leaders.
