    Approves of CEO

I have been working at LogoNation full-time (Less than a year)

LogoNation is a well rounded entry-level sales job for someone who is extremely self-motivated and driven. There is un-capped potential with this company and you are truly part of a team. The best part is that each week there is a team meeting to discuss the best days for the team and talk about incentives. LogoNation also takes excellent care of their employees. If you ever need help you can call the home office and they can answer any questions you have. If you do have a question one of the administrators can not answer then community account managers can speak directly to the owners of the company. In addition to the home office support, each team is assigned a manager. CAMs report to them daily and they are a great support system. I plan to remain with LogoNation for an extended period of time.

Driving. There is often lots of driving, but LogoNation reimburses for 100% of all your gas and give an allowance for wear and tear of the vehicle. You are also eligible for a gas card after being with the company for less than a year. The only other issue is boxes. Large deliveries of 10 or more boxes can get tricky when you live in an apartment building. Fedex can hold them if you know the delivery is coming and it is worth the hassle.

    Advice to Management

The managers are one of a kind. They want you to succeed. They will talk and go over your presentation during a lunch break or tell you to get a coffee if you need a pick-me-up. They also have been there for years so they know what they are doing. They are very helpful and enjoy teaching and giving lots of feedback when they ride with you.
