    Good community health programs, promotes work-life balance, seminars available for continuing education, they also promote volunteering activities


    Very nepotistic, highly conservative, might be hard to get used to if you aren't into praying/spirituality/going to chapel, private university so they favor those with similar beliefs and have preference/ protect their own.
