    I have been working at Longview Regional Medical Center full-time (more than 10 years)


    Schedule, balance, friendly, patients are satisfied. Directors care about their staff. Education and resources are available. State of the art technology and equipment.


    Nurses are not able to care for patients due to performing tasks to make $$ for hospital. Staff feels that if they forget these non-nursing tasks, punitive discipline will be given.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Administration need to know more of what the front line staff does on a daily basis. We never see them, but they always have more rules and job tasks to push down that take away from patient care.
