I have been working at Loomis Sayles & Company (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice space , well stocked break areas, no weekend work and friendly people. Company also hires within constantly and the opportunity for growth appears infinite.

    Cons

Disconnect between departments and even within some departments with management. Unbalanced sharing of the wealth. Company seemingly spends too much on nonsense and very little on certain departments. The top is the top and the bottom is the bottom. There is no grey area
