I have been working at Louis Vuitton North America full-time for less than a year

Great co-workers. One hour lunch break. Great training.

Authoritarian managers. Lack of confidentiality regarding your work performance. Manager will share your performance skills with your co workers and will non stop complaining and whining about it like they were a "victim". This is a sale s job. You are selling purses but it's over the phone. It doesn't require a sophisticated mind. It's boring and it's not glamorous. You are working in a call center like one of those cable company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Poor conflict resolution skills. Clients become easily upset because management is terrible at resolving a complaint. Management always feel that they are the "victim". LOL! They forget that the clients have rights.
