Former Employee - Key Holder in Kenner, LA

I worked at Love Culture part-time for more than a year

At the store I worked at there was a fun friendly environment! Upper management did all they could to make sure we were the employees we could possibly be. There was many good incentives that management initiated. For example the employee of the month got to set their hours for the upcoming week and received dinner to their favorite restaurant via management. The clothes were cute and affordable!

The discounts suck! We only received 20% off full priced items and couldn't even return or exchange our items. We had a new store manager who came in and she was absolutely horrible at making the schedule. Sometimes it would be just a sale associate and the manager from 9am until 3pm even on weekends it would be like this!!! Or sometimes it would just be a MOD and the visual team until 1pm, which sometimes the visual team had to be the main ones at the cash wrap.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how better schedule people. When someone goes on vacation and the store closes it would be best to inform them of this rather than them having to hear it from a sales associate especially when they are apart of your management team!!!
