Management not familiar with departments they are in charge of, not enough coverage in all departments to complete work tasks and properly assist customers, not enough training to realize full career potential.
Advice to Management
Managers could benefit from working the sales floor a full shift once a month, provide better individualized training for full-time employees specializing in their department, schedule should always allow consecutive days off instead of days spread out.
