    It's a nice temporary job.

I have been working at Lowe's part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

My coworkers are incredibly nice, I don't get reamed for making a little mistake, the benefits are nice, and it works fairly well around my school schedule. I also feel very safe working here, even with killer machines whizzing around and explosive materials on practically every shelf.

    Cons

There's poor leadership - I get stuck doing the jobs of three or four people sometimes because it's easier to have me do it than make some of my lazy coworkers do it. This company is virtually incompatible with my collegiate extracurricular activities, also.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make everyone do their fair share as much as their abilities allow. If they can't do their job right, either hire people that can, or give me some of their pay!
